About this service
Your EV charger specialist in Longueuil
Driving electric in Longueuil and want to charge at home? C-Cure Électrique installs your EV charging station anywhere in Longueuil — clean, safe work compliant with the Quebec Electrical Code, by a master electrician holding RBQ licence 5755-2234-01.
Longueuil has over 254,000 residents across 3 boroughs (Vieux-Longueuil, Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park), the largest city on the South Shore. New condos near the Longueuil–Université-de-Sherbrooke metro are already wired in 200A and charger-ready, while many older duplexes and triplexes in Vieux-Longueuil need an upgrade before adding a charger — two realities where demand is rising fast.
For over 10 years we've installed residential and commercial chargers across the South Shore. Precise circuit sizing, Hydro-Québec permit when required and full warranty: we handle everything, from quote to commissioning.
01 · Key step
Level 2 chargers compatible with every vehicle
We install every Level 2 (240V, 30A to 50A) charger: Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint Home Flex, Flo Home X5, EVduty, Wallbox Pulsar Plus, Grizzl-E and more. Haven't bought your charger yet? We advise on the model suited to your vehicle and your electrical service.
02 · Key step
The Écorecharge grant: $600 for the charger
The Quebec government's Écorecharge program pays $600 toward the purchase of an eligible connected home charger. Installation is not covered by the grant, but the installation invoice can serve as proof of installation for the application. Conditions and steps are in our grant guide.
03 · Key step
Can your electrical panel handle a charger?
Your 100A panel can often take a 30A charger. But if you already have a heavy load (central A/C, baseboards, spa), a load calculation per the Quebec Electrical Code is needed. If it's not enough, we install a 200A panel so everything stays safe and compliant.

The cost typically ranges from $800 to $2,500 all-inclusive (hardware + labour + permits), depending on the distance between the electrical panel and the charger, the type of charger (level 2 240V, 30A to 50A), and whether a panel upgrade is required. A precise quote is free after on-site visit.
We install all level 2 (240V) compatible chargers: Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint Home Flex, Flo Home X5, EVduty EVduty-30, Wallbox Pulsar Plus, Grizzl-E, and more. If you haven't bought the charger yet, we advise on the model best suited to your vehicle and installation.
Installation typically takes 3 to 6 hours for a standard charger. If a panel upgrade is required, plan for a full day. We handle the Hydro-Québec permit if required.
Yes. The Quebec government's Écorecharge program pays $600 toward the purchase of a home charger. The charger must be connected, new, bought from a Canadian retailer and listed among the eligible models. Installation, delivery and taxes are not covered. Once the work is done, we hand you the installation invoice, which serves as proof for your application. You submit the application yourself online.
Often yes for 30A level 2 chargers. However, if you already have a heavy load (central A/C, electric baseboards, spa), a load analysis per the Quebec Electrical Code is needed. If insufficient, we install a 200A panel.
